All New applicants leasing or placing the deposit on and after January 25th, 2010 are REQUIRED to hold a Renters Insurance Policy !

All existing residents will be required at renewal.

$100,000 for Personal Liability ! Proof of this coverage is required.

Remember when making ISTA payments:

1. Make the check payable to Home Properties of Bryn Mawr.
2. ISTA bills can be included in the same check as the rent.
3. If your ISTA payment is late, it is considered being late on your rent.

The weather is getting warmer and the pool is officially open. What better way to stay cool this summer than to take a swim in the Home Properties of Brin Mawr Swimming Pool.

Stop by the leasing office and pick up your pool passes for the Summer season.

Just a friendly reminder, all residents living in the apartment home 18 and older have to be lease holders. Please contact our office with questions or concerns about this procedure. Thank you.

As a courtesy we will gladly accept all reasonable size packages at the office. Please be sure to pick up your packages in a timely manner to ensure the same accommodations for all residents here at The Home Properties of Bryn Mawr.

2. Strain the rotel
3. Mix the sausage, rotel, cream cheese in a pot over a low heat burner.
